We warm up the body with an intentional yoga sequence, then shift to strength-based exercises utilizing heavy weights for a fixed duration or number of reps. We finish by stretching out what we worked and cooling down before a mindful moment of stillness in Savasana. In this class, we up the ante on physicality and continue to integrate traditional yogic principles to show students their own personal power.In this weekend program, you will learn how to safely guide students through strength-based exercises and complementary yoga poses to create an adaptable, all-in-one yoga fitness experience.
